jl995 Terms & Conditions — Legal Agreement for All Users

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering an account, depositing funds, or using any service provided by jl995 (the "Platform"), you ("User," "You," or "Your") enter into a legally binding agreement with the operator of jl995, a PAGCOR-licensed online gaming platform operating under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. jl995 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time, including proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within fourteen (14) days may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each user is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) account with jl995. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. jl995 employs sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts based on personal information, device fingerprints, IP addresses, payment methods, and behavioral patterns.

If jl995 detects or reasonably suspects that you have created or are operating multiple accounts, all such accounts will be immediately suspended or terminated. 2.4 Account Security and Responsibility

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

All deposits must be made in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are clearly displayed on the deposit page. jl995 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may impose transaction fees beyond our control.

Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly upon successful payment confirmation. Any deposits made from payment methods not registered in your verified name may be rejected and refunded, minus applicable processing fees.

7.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless jl995 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms & Conditions; (b) your violation of any law or regulation; (c) your infringement of any third-party rights; or (d) your use or misuse of jl995 services.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without prior written consent from jl995.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from or relating to your use of jl995 services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, including disputes regarding the validity, interpretation, or enforceability of these terms, shall be resolved through the following process:

3. Binding Arbitration or Litigation: If PAGCOR review does not resolve the dispute, you agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration or litigation in the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, as determined by jl995 at its sole discretion.

10. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

jl995 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect changes in law, regulation, business practices, or Platform features. When we make material changes to these terms, we will notify you by posting a notice on the Platform homepage and, where appropriate, by email to your registered address.

Continued use of jl995 services after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any changes, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.

11. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
